Returns Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return under the following conditions:
- Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included.
- Shoes must be returned in original shoe box without damage.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items purchased under clearance or final sale
- Gift vouchers
- Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse
- Innerwear, socks, or hygiene-related items (if applicable)
Size Exchanges
We allow size exchanges subject to stock availability.
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Delivery charges for exchanges may apply.
- If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
- Item received is defective or damaged
- Wrong item delivered
- Order cancelled before dispatch
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval.
Refund Method:
- Online payments → Refunded to original payment method
- Cash on Delivery → Bank transfer (customer must provide correct bank details)
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Process
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or official social media pages.
- Provide your order number and clear photos (if damaged/defective).
- Wait for confirmation before sending the item.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
